Using your workplace program.
If your employer offers an Employee Assistance Program, some sessions may be covered at no cost to you. Mention it when you book. [VERIFY — EAP network contracts to be confirmed.]

How it works here
Check your program first.
EAP works through specific provider networks. Your HR portal or EAP hotline can tell you which network your employer uses — mention it when you book and we’ll check whether we’re on it.
If we’re on your network.
Your EAP covers an agreed number of sessions, billed directly — nothing out of pocket, and your employer never learns who used the program, only that it was used.
If we’re not.
We’ll say so plainly, and lay out your other routes — Medicare MHCP, private health extras, or self-funded — so you can decide with real numbers.
You never pay for a session you didn’t know the cost of.
We tell you the gap in plain words before your appointment. If your cover doesn’t stack up, we’ll say so and help you think about alternatives.
EAP questions
No. EAP reporting is aggregate only — employers see usage numbers, never names or clinical content.
Typically 3–6 per issue per year, set by your employer’s contract. Your EAP provider can tell you your exact entitlement.
If the work is helping and you want to continue, we’ll map the transition — usually to a Medicare MHCP with your GP — before the last covered session, not after.
[VERIFY — to be listed once provider contracts are confirmed.] Ask us when you book and we’ll check your specific program.
Ready when you are.
Book a time — we’ll sort the funding together. Or ring 1300 615 193 and we’ll work it out in about ten minutes.
