How to refer

Talk to the family first.

The referral needs parental consent. Share our /for-you/families page with them — it’s written for parents — or have them ring us directly and mention the school raised it.

Send us what you’re seeing.

With consent in place, email info@circlewell.com.au: what the classroom picture looks like, any screening already done, and the best contact on your team.

We loop you in from the start.

One named clinician becomes the contact for that family. With consent, we attend Learning Support meetings — in person or by video — and share reports in the format your school actually uses.

A single named contact per familyNot a different voice each term. One clinician who knows the child.
Reports the school can usePlain words, classroom-relevant recommendations, no jargon appendix. The family reads the same document you do.
Learning Support meeting attendanceIn person or by video, with parental consent — part of what we do, not an add-on.

Consent, always

Nothing about a child moves between us and the school without the parents’ written consent — in either direction. Parents see everything we send you.
