About

Nobody should have to coordinate their own care alone.

Circlewell exists because the current allied health model asks the person with the least capacity to hold the whole picture together — repeating their story at every new front desk, translating between clinicians who never speak to each other. We think that’s the wrong way round.

Why we exist

There are two ways most Australians access allied health today. The first is the DIY path — assemble your own team of disconnected solo practitioners across different suburbs and carry the coordination burden yourself, exactly when you have the least energy for it. The second is the mobile-franchise path — high-volume, suburb-blanketing NDIS providers where the clinician rotates every quarter and a person becomes a funding line.

Circlewell is a third option. One coordinated team, under one roof, for every age and every funding stream. Psychology, OT, speech pathology, and physiotherapy working from a shared understanding of you — in clinic in Strathfield South, or by telehealth anywhere in Australia.

Values, in practice

How we hold ourselves

Around the person

Care is arranged around you, never around our roster. Handovers happen without you asking.

The open door

No one needs to be “sick enough” to come. Early is welcome. Every funding stream is welcome.

Plain words

We explain like a trusted friend who happens to be a clinician. No jargon at reception, none in reports that families read.

One team

Clinicians consult each other by default. A win for you belongs to the whole team.

Keep it human

Warmth is clinical practice, not decoration. People are greeted by name and never feel like a funding line.

What we won’t do

We won’t tell you we’re the best at anything. Regulators don’t allow it and we’d be lying anyway — the honest answer is that we’re one of several good options in the area and we plan to earn our place session by session.

We won’t promise you’ll get better. Nobody honest can promise that. What we promise is how we work — you tell your story once, we match you to the right person, we tell you plainly whether we think we can help, and if we can’t we’ll say so.

We won’t repost your Google review or ask you for a testimonial. Advertising rules for our professions prohibit it — and we think those rules are right. Word-of-mouth is welcome. Public review-farming is not.
