The same clinician, for the length of your goal.
Psychology, occupational therapy, speech pathology, and physiotherapy for NDIS participants of any age — in a clinic that isn’t NDIS-branded, doesn’t rotate clinicians, and doesn’t treat you as a funding line. In Strathfield South, or by telehealth anywhere in Australia.
Support Coordinators: referral details are on the referrer page.
Your child’s plan has therapy hours in it.
Capacity-building supports for OT, speech, psychology, or physio — and you’d like one clinic where the team actually talks to each other, instead of three waitlists in three suburbs.
You’re an adult participant working on a goal.
Daily living, communication, movement, mental health. You want a clinician who stays with you for the goal — not a roster that resets every quarter.
A plan review is coming and you need reports.
Reports that the NDIA can read, that you can read, and that don’t quietly eat your budget as a separate line item. Ours are included in your session hours.
What being a participant here looks like
You sit in the same waiting room as everyone else — the clinic isn’t disability-branded, and nobody can tell how anyone else is funded. Your goals come from you and your plan, not from a template. If two of our clinicians work with you, they share one file and consult each other by default — you never repeat your story between rooms.
The clinician who starts with you finishes with you. If your child works with our speech pathologist for eight months, that same person is there in month one and month eight — and writes the plan-review report, included in your session hours.
We invoice at or under the NDIS price cap, confirmed in your service agreement before the first appointment. If we think your hours would stretch further with a different session rhythm, we’ll say so — even when it means fewer sessions with us.

Never a funding line
Your goals drive the work. We won’t bill for case-conferencing hours you didn’t consent to, and we won’t recommend sessions your plan doesn’t need.
Reports included
Plan-review reports are written in plain words and included in your session hours — not a separate charge that eats your budget.
Honest about hours
If weekly would be better as fortnightly, we’ll say so. If your plan can’t support the therapy it needs, we’ll help your Support Coordinator make the case for more.
Three ways plans work here
You pay our invoices and claim back via the portal. We don’t charge above the NDIS cap.
We invoice your Plan Manager directly. You never touch the paperwork.
[VERIFY — depends on NDIS registration decision. Do not publish until decided.]
Participant questions
[VERIFY — pending founder decision.] We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants regardless. Whether we can see agency-managed participants depends on registration — see the funding page for the current answer.
No separate charge — reports are included in your session hours. Written in plain words that you, your Support Coordinator, and the NDIA can all read.
Yes. A support worker, family member, or anyone else who helps — just tell us when you book.
Tell us, or tell your Support Coordinator — no hard feelings. We’ll match you with someone else on our team, or help you find another provider if we’re not the right clinic.
Yes — covered at the same rate as in-clinic, anywhere in Australia. Some work (like hands-on physio) is better in person; your clinician will tell you honestly which is which.
